Hey, I'm Emily!
I have spent over a decade growing in knowledge of the body and building on various aspects that are at play when it comes to being well and feeling good.
While I have mostly focused on just physical wellness, I have known that all parts of our life fit into how we heal.
I started seeing how much I was segmenting different parts of my life and not able to find peace as I jumped from one focus to another. Now I work on ebbing and flowing as I create systems that work for my own life. From faith, daily rhythms, meals, homeschooling, and daily chores...
We were designed by a magnificent God who created us in His image. That includes ALL the parts of us, so join me as we connect all the pieces of our lives to live in alignment with what He intended for our good and His glory. The goal isn't just to "feel better" but to truly feel "whole".
