How to Apply SEFI Dots
So you got some SEFI dots and now you need to apply them.
Check out this video to see how to apply a SEFI dot. The graphic below shows various areas you can apply or you can apply directly over the area of pain.
Written steps:
Apply the blue dot to the area you'd like.
Bend the clear adhesive sticker to loosen the white side.
Remove the white side FIRST.
Apply over the dot as centered as possible.
Remove the clear side with blue lines.
*Note: SEFI dots are meant to be worn for 3 days. Sometimes they stay on longer, and sometimes they fall off sooner. If they fall off sooner, there could be a variety of factors. Skin moisture could be a factor, but more often than not it has seemed like the body has used the frequency and is ready to release the dot.
