At The Wellness Community, every product is selected and shipped with care, and I always want you to feel supported in your experience. Here’s how I handle returns, refunds, and re-ships:
Returns are not accepted for SEFI dots.
However, if your dots are lost in transit or never arrive, I’m happy to re-ship your order at no extra charge.
If you experience an issue, please reach out within 5 days of your expected delivery date.
I offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
To qualify, please email a photo of the damage within 5 days of receiving your order.
If a replacement isn’t possible due to limited inventory, I’ll issue a full refund for the damaged item.
