At The Wellness Community, every product is selected and shipped with care, and I always want you to feel supported in your experience. Here’s how I handle returns, refunds, and re-ships:

SEFI Dots – Custom Frequency Products
SEFI dots are custom-imprinted with personalized frequencies just for you. Because of this:

  • Returns are not accepted for SEFI dots.

  • However, if your dots are lost in transit or never arrive, I’m happy to re-ship your order at no extra charge.

  • If you experience an issue, please reach out within 5 days of your expected delivery date.


Other Wellness Products (Essential Oils, etc.)
If you purchase a physical product like essential oils or leftover shop inventory:

  • I offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • To qualify, please email a photo of the damage within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • If a replacement isn’t possible due to limited inventory, I’ll issue a full refund for the damaged item.



Local Orders + Custom Support
Local pickup or delivery items follow the same policies. If you ever feel unsure or something seems off, just send me a message—I value open and honest communication.
