At The Wellness Community, I keep shipping simple and intentional—just like wellness should be.

What I Ship:
Currently, I ship custom SEFI dots as well as a few select wellness products (like essential oils) that I have on hand. Everything is packed with care.

Where I Ship
I ship anywhere in the world. Local to me? You’re welcome to request local pickup or delivery—just reach out after your order.

Processing & Shipping Times
Orders typically process within 2–3 business days.
SEFI dots are mailed via USPS First-Class in small Mylar bags, tucked inside regular envelopes. Please note: tracking is not available for SEFI dot orders.

Shipping Costs

SEFI Dots: Shipping is included in the price.Other Products: Flat-rate shipping between $5–$10, depending on item size/weight.

Replacements & Refunds

SEFI Dots: If your dots are lost in transit, I’ll gladly re-ship them at no charge.Other Products: I offer refunds or replacements for damaged items with photo evidence. If an item is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead.

Returns
Due to the nature of SEFI dots being custom frequency programmed, they are not eligible for returns. Other products may be eligible on a case-by-case basis—just reach out if something isn’t right.
