From June 1st to August 24th, we are opening up just 10 spots for a close-knit group of women.

Together, we will reflect on where we are, break down old patterns, and rebuild our daily rhythms with holy intention.

Weeks 1 - 3 - Faith: Evaluating where you are in your faith and asking God where you need to grow. Looking at who God is and your identity in Him.

Weeks 4 - 7 - Frequency: Understanding the physical and energetic foundations the body needs. We'll cover sunlight, grounding, water, sleep, nutrition, movement, connection to others + learn about frequencies, AO scan reports, shifting emotions, and treating body as the temple.

Weeks 8 - 10 - Family: Nurturing relationships (marriage and parenting), decluttering the physical space of your home, mastering a daily schedule that actually flows, and intentional homeschooling guidance (if applicable to you).

Weeks 11 - 12 - Finances: Practical budgeting, exploring side hustles and business opportunities, and shifting to Kingdom-focused wealth and resource management.
